Libsee Marketplace LTD operates the LIBSEE mobile application ("LIBSEE", "we", "us"). LIBSEE is a marketplace that connects shoppers with local clothing shops, letting users discover nearby stores and order clothing and related products. This page sets out our Privacy Policy, Terms of Service, and Cancellation & Refund Policy.

Privacy Policy

1. Information We Collect

• Account information: name, email, and phone number.
• Optional profile details: gender, age, height, and weight (used only to improve size and product recommendations; you may leave these blank).
• Location data: your device location, used to show nearby shops (only while you use the app; you can disable it in your device settings).
• Delivery addresses you add for orders.
• Wishlist and order history.
• Push notification token (to send you order and account updates).
• Device and diagnostic information (device type, app version, and crash reports).

We do not collect or store your full payment card number. Card details are entered directly with our payment provider (see section 4).

2. How We Use Your Information

• Provide and operate the service and your account.
• Show shops near you.
• Process, fulfil, and support your orders.
• Provide personalised product recommendations.
• Send you service and order updates (you can opt out of non-essential messages at any time).
• Maintain security and diagnose technical problems.

3. Data Security

Your data is stored securely using Supabase and protected with access controls and encryption in transit. We do not sell your personal data. Payments are handled entirely by a PCI DSS-compliant payment provider, so LIBSEE never receives or stores your full card number.

4. Third-Party Services

• Supabase — database, authentication, and file storage hosting.
• Allpay / Tranzila — payment processing. Card details are entered on the provider's secure payment page; LIBSEE does not see or store them.
• Google Firebase — Cloud Messaging (push notifications) and Crashlytics (crash and diagnostic reports).
• OpenStreetMap — map display.
• Google Fonts — fonts.

5. Cookies and Similar Technologies

The LIBSEE app and this website use only essential storage needed to keep you signed in and to remember your preferences. We do not use advertising or third-party tracking cookies.

6. Data Retention

We keep your personal data for as long as your account is active and as needed to provide the service. Order and transaction records may be kept longer where required by law (for example, tax and accounting obligations). When you delete your account, we delete or anonymise your personal data unless we must retain it by law.

7. International Data Transfers

Some of our service providers (such as Supabase and Google) may process or store data on servers located outside Israel. Where this happens, we take steps to ensure your data receives an adequate level of protection.

8. Children's Privacy

LIBSEE is not intended for children under 16. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children under 16. If you believe a child has provided us with personal data, please contact us and we will delete it.

9. Your Rights

• Access the personal data we hold about you.
• Correct inaccurate data.
• Delete your account and associated data.
• Disable location access at any time from your device settings.
• Opt out of non-essential notifications.

To exercise any of these rights, contact us using the details in section 16. We handle personal data in accordance with Israel's Protection of Privacy Law, 5741-1981.

10. Changes to This Policy

We may update these policies from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page reflects the latest version, and material changes will be communicated within the app.

Terms of Service

11. Using LIBSEE

LIBSEE is a marketplace platform. Products are sold by independent merchants ("Merchants"), not by Libsee Marketplace LTD. When you place an order, your contract of sale for the product is with the Merchant. LIBSEE facilitates discovery, ordering, and payment.

• You must provide accurate account information and be legally able to enter into a purchase.
• Merchants are responsible for their product descriptions, pricing, availability, licensing (where required), fulfilment, and delivery.
• You agree not to misuse the app, attempt unauthorised access, or use it for unlawful purposes.
• Prices and product availability are set by Merchants and may change.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Israel, and disputes are subject to the competent courts of Israel.

Cancellation & Refund Policy

Cancellation of a transaction is made in accordance with the Consumer Protection Regulations (Cancellation of Transaction), 5771-2010, and the Consumer Protection Law, 5741-1981.

12. Order Cancellation

You may cancel an order within 3 hours of placing it through the app. After 3 hours the order is forwarded to the Merchant for processing and can no longer be cancelled through the app.

13. Refunds and Returns

• If you cancel within 3 hours, a full refund is issued to the original payment method.
• Refunds are made to the original payment method via our payment provider and may take several business days to appear.

14. Defective or Incorrect Products

If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect product, contact customer support within 48 hours of receiving the order. After review, an appropriate refund or resolution will be provided. This does not affect your rights under applicable consumer-protection law.

15. Disclaimer

LIBSEE provides the marketplace platform only and is not responsible for product quality, availability, fulfilment, or delivery. Merchants are fully responsible for the products they sell.
